Challenge

Tenant POS systems didn't talk to mall systems. Footfall and tenant performance reports were stitched together monthly. Loyalty was paper-based, parking and validation were disconnected, and there was no single dashboard for ownership.

/01Will this work for a single store too?+

Yes — the platform scales from a single shop to a 200-tenant mall. Single-store operators run on Odoo retail with our setup; multi-region groups get the custom mall overlay.

/02What about cash, mobile money, and card payments together?+

All three plus split tenders. Native integrations with major Pakistani and GCC payment processors. Reconciliation runs end-of-day per store and per terminal.

/03How does e-com inventory stay in sync?+

One inventory of truth, push-on-change. Reservations from online orders deplete shop stock immediately so you never oversell across channels.

/04Can we run our existing loyalty program?+

Yes. We migrate existing member data, points balances, and tier rules. Programs run inside the unified platform with POS-side recognition and offers.

/05Is there a mall/owner version separate from store version?+

Yes. Mall operators get a tenant-aware overlay: lease, billing, footfall, performance scoring, and a tenant-self-service portal — all on the same data spine.
