Challenge

Each outlet ran a different POS, with inventory and accounts reconciled monthly in spreadsheets. Food cost was visible six weeks late; managers couldn't act on shrinkage or supplier price drift before margins collapsed.

/01Can we keep our existing menu engineering and supplier list?+

Yes. We import recipes, ingredient lists, and supplier price files. Menu engineering happens inside ServeStak going forward, not on someone's laptop.

/02Does the POS work offline?+

Yes. Orders, payments, and KDS run fully offline. When connectivity returns, the system reconciles automatically — no manual end-of-day pain.

/03How do we handle different prices across outlets?+

Central menu, per-outlet pricing tier. Marketing pushes one update, mall outlets get mall pricing, airport outlets get airport pricing — automatically.

/04How does food cost get to the GL?+

Recipe-driven inventory depletes on every order. End-of-day journal posts COGS, opening/closing inventory, and variance straight to your accounting module — no monthly close-of-period scramble.

/05What about delivery aggregators?+

Native connectors for Talabat, Careem, foodpanda, Uber Eats, and major aggregators. Orders flow into the same KDS and get costed against the same recipes.
